Lead the development of wireframes, visual design and style guide for Bank of America’s Mobile Banking application for the Blackberry Storm that was successfully launched on Jan 9th 2009. Provided XHTML/CSS3 coding expertise to implement Bank of America’s extended iPhone web experience that launched in early 2009. Redesigned the bank’s advertising, pin entry and processing screens for their 18,000 ATMs. Worked with usability engineers to conduct testing for high level concepts and future site vision work. Executed the end-to-end mobile experience for the bank’s “Morris on Campus” advertising campaign. Designed iconography for all of the bank’s mobile banking applications.

Under tight deadlines, developed new user experience and visual design for the company’s flagship discount shopping site which lead to an immediate increase in sales conversion. Designed a major national print advertising campaign that ran in Forbes, Fortune, Yahoo Internet Life and many other magazines. Created external promotional display advertising that increased traffic to the site. Worked with senior leaders to improve the overall shopping experience and help maximize conversion rates.
